These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, stays, services, and online interactions related to our official website www.kailashhospitality.com, direct bookings, walk-in reservations, and any associated services.
By accessing our website or making a booking through any medium (phone, WhatsApp, website, or walk-in), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

A minimum 25% advance payment is required to confirm any direct booking.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Local ID guests are allowed.
Unmarried couples are welcome as we operate couple-friendly hotels.
Visitors may be allowed based on hotel discretion. Management may restrict visitors in rooms for security, privacy, or operational reasons.
Smoking is allowed only in designated rooms.
Smoking in non-smoking rooms may lead to cleaning charges.
Guests are financially responsible for:
Any damage to property
Loss or breakage of hotel items
Misconduct leading to property damage
Charges will be calculated based on actual cost.
The hotel may evict guests without refund for:
Illegal activities
Abusive or inappropriate behaviour
Public disturbance
Violation of property rules
Threatening staff or guests
Legal action may be taken if required.
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child (below 8 years)
Children below 8 years stay free when sharing existing bedding
Extra mattress charge: ₹500 per person per night

Airbnb
OYO (if applicable)
Their respective cancellation, refund, pricing, and modification rules will apply.
The hotel cannot override third-party terms.
Guests may request a date change:

Fare difference may apply
New dates must be within the validity period of the booking
For safety and compliance:
CCTV is installed in common areas
Footage is stored for 7–10 days
Cameras do not cover bathrooms or private spaces
Footage may be shared only with law enforcement when legally required
