Terms & Conditions – Kailash Group of Hotels Jaipur

Effective for All Hotels Under Shivani Hotels and Resorts (Kailash Group of Hotels)

Shivani Hotels and Resorts, formally known as Kailash Group of Hotels (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates multiple hotels and hospitality units across Jaipur, Rajasthan. These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, stays, services, and online interactions related to our official website www.kailashhospitality.com, direct bookings, walk-in reservations, and any associated services.

By accessing our website or making a booking through any medium (phone, WhatsApp, website, or walk-in), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our website, booking services, or staying at any of our hotels, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • The information provided during booking is accurate and complete.

  • You agree to comply with all hotel rules, policies, and government regulations.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with booking or using our services.


3. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

3.1 Types of Bookings

We accept bookings through the following methods:

  • Direct phone or WhatsApp at +91 9649289888

  • Website: www.kailashhospitality.com

  • Walk-in bookings at reception

  • Third-party platforms (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.)

3.2 Advance Payment Requirement

A minimum 25% advance payment is required to confirm any direct booking.

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • UPI

  • Cash

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Bank Transfer

  • QR Code payments

  • Digital Wallets

  • Pay at Hotel (allowed for specific bookings only)

3.4 Room Rates

Room rates vary based on:

  • Property

  • Room category

  • Seasonal demand

  • City events

  • Availability

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.


4. CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT & GUEST VERIFICATION

4.1 Standard Timings

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

4.2 Mandatory ID Verification

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in:

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Passport

  • Driving Licence

  • Voter ID Card

Local ID guests are allowed.
Unmarried couples are welcome as we operate couple-friendly hotels.

4.3 Visitor Policy

Visitors may be allowed based on hotel discretion. Management may restrict visitors in rooms for security, privacy, or operational reasons.


5. ROOM & BEHAVIOUR RULES

5.1 Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated rooms.

  • Smoking in non-smoking rooms may lead to cleaning charges.

5.2 Damage & Loss

Guests are financially responsible for:

  • Any damage to property

  • Loss or breakage of hotel items

  • Misconduct leading to property damage
    Charges will be calculated based on actual cost.

5.3 Misconduct / Illegal Activities

The hotel may evict guests without refund for:

  • Illegal activities

  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour

  • Public disturbance

  • Violation of property rules

  • Threatening staff or guests

Legal action may be taken if required.


6. OCCUPANCY & CHILD POLICY

  • Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child (below 8 years)

  • Children below 8 years stay free when sharing existing bedding

  • Extra mattress charge: ₹500 per person per night


7. THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS

For reservations made via platforms such as:

  • Booking.com

  • Goibibo

  • MakeMyTrip

  • Agoda

  • Airbnb

  • OYO (if applicable)

Their respective cancellation, refund, pricing, and modification rules will apply.

The hotel cannot override third-party terms.


8. DATE CHANGE REQUESTS

Guests may request a date change:

  • Subject to availability

  • Within the allowed policy

  • Fare difference may apply

  • New dates must be within the validity period of the booking


9. CCTV & SECURITY

For safety and compliance:

  • CCTV is installed in common areas

  • Footage is stored for 7–10 days

  • Cameras do not cover bathrooms or private spaces

  • Footage may be shared only with law enforcement when legally required


10. WEBSITE USAGE TERMS

By using our website, you agree that:

  • Content, images, and data are the property of Shivani Hotels and Resorts

  • Reproduction or misuse is prohibited

  • Cookies and analytics tools may track website usage

  • You will not use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity

  • You will not attempt unauthorized access to website servers


11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company is not liable for:

  • Loss of valuables not deposited at reception

  • Disruptions caused by natural calamities

  • Third-party service failures

  • Guest negligence or misconduct

  • Internet or power outages not within our control


12. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
