This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the rules applicable to direct bookings, online bookings, and cancellations across all our hotels. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by the following terms.
A minimum 25% advance payment is required to secure a booking.
Direct bookings can be cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in to receive a refund.
Cancellation before 24 hours → 100% refund of the advance
Cancellation within 24 hours of check-in → 0% refund
No-show without notice → Non-refundable
Guests may request a date change:
At least 24 hours before check-in
Subject to room availability
Without additional charges (unless tariff differs for new dates)
Special discounted rates, last-minute deals, or promotional bookings may be marked “Non-Refundable”.
These cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Goibibo
MakeMyTrip
Agoda
Airbnb
Other OTAs
Are governed strictly by the cancellation and refund rules of those platforms.
The hotel cannot override, refund, or modify any reservation made through third-party portals.
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
Bank transfer
UPI
Card refund
Wallet refund
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Delays may occur due to:
Bank working hours
Payment gateway policies
National holidays
If the guest does not arrive and fails to inform the hotel:
The booking will be treated as a no-show
100% of the booking amount may be charged
No refund will be provided
Early check-out does not qualify for partial or proportional refunds.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Political disturbances
Epidemics
Transportation strikes
Any situation beyond the control of the hotel
Date-change requests will be considered, subject to availability.
