Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Kailash Group of Hotels Jaipur

Applicable to All Hotels Under Kailash Group of Hotels (Shivani Hotels and Resorts)

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the rules applicable to direct bookings, online bookings, and cancellations across all our hotels. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by the following terms.


1. DIRECT BOOKINGS (Phone, WhatsApp, Website)

1.1 Advance Payment

A minimum 25% advance payment is required to secure a booking.

1.2 Cancellation Window

Direct bookings can be cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in to receive a refund.

1.3 Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellation before 24 hours100% refund of the advance

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of check-in0% refund

  • No-show without notice → Non-refundable

1.4 Date Change Policy

Guests may request a date change:

  • At least 24 hours before check-in

  • Subject to room availability

  • Without additional charges (unless tariff differs for new dates)

1.5 Non-Refundable Bookings

Special discounted rates, last-minute deals, or promotional bookings may be marked “Non-Refundable”.

These cannot be cancelled or refunded.


2. THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS

Bookings made via:

  • Booking.com

  • Goibibo

  • MakeMyTrip

  • Agoda

  • Airbnb

  • Other OTAs

Are governed strictly by the cancellation and refund rules of those platforms.

The hotel cannot override, refund, or modify any reservation made through third-party portals.


3. REFUND PROCESSING

3.1 Refund Mode

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

  • Bank transfer

  • UPI

  • Card refund

  • Wallet refund

3.2 Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Bank working hours

  • Payment gateway policies

  • National holidays


4. NO-SHOW & EARLY DEPARTURE

4.1 No-Show

If the guest does not arrive and fails to inform the hotel:

  • The booking will be treated as a no-show

  • 100% of the booking amount may be charged

  • No refund will be provided

4.2 Early Check-Out

Early check-out does not qualify for partial or proportional refunds.


5. FORCE MAJEURE

No refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Political disturbances

  • Epidemics

  • Transportation strikes

  • Any situation beyond the control of the hotel

Date-change requests will be considered, subject to availability.
